Returns and Refunds Policy

At SkinKitz, we want you to love your skincare products. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

1. Australian Consumer Law

Our products come with guarantees under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL). You are entitled to a replacement, refund, or repair if a product is;

• Faulty or defective (e.g. damaged packaging).
• Not as described (e.g. incorrect item received).
• Unsafe or causes an adverse reaction (provided it was used as directed and evidence is provided). 

If your product meets any of the above conditions, we will provide a refund, exchange, or store credit at no cost to you, including covering return shipping fees if required.

2. Change of Mind Returns

We accept change of mind returns under the following conditions;

• The product is unopened, unused, and in its original packaging.
• The return request is made within 7 days of receiving your order.
• You provide proof of purchase.
• You cover return shipping costs. 

We reserve the right to refuse a change-of-mind return if the item does not meet these conditions.

3. How to Request a Return

To request a return, please contact our customer service team at admin@skinkitz.com.au with;

• Your order number and proof of purchase.
• A description of the issue and any supporting photos / evidence (if applicable).
• Whether you prefer a refund, exchange, or store credit (for eligible returns).

If approved, we will provide return instructions. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 14 business days after receiving the returned product.

4. Exclusions

• Final sale or clearance items are not eligible for change-of-mind returns.
• Opened or used products (unless faulty or misrepresented) cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.
• We are not responsible for reactions caused by undisclosed allergies or personal sensitivities unless the product was incorrectly labelled or misrepresented.
