At SkinKitz, we aim to deliver your skincare products quickly and efficiently. Please review our shipping policy below for details on processing times, delivery options, and costs.
1. Order Processing
- Orders are processed within 2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).
- You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched, including tracking details if applicable.
- If an item is out of stock, we will notify you as soon as possible and provide an estimated restock date or a refund option.
2. Shipping Locations
We currently ship to;
Australia-wide (including rural and remote areas).
International destinations (where permitted – see Section 6).
3. Shipping Methods & Costs
We offer the following shipping options;

4. Delivery Times & Delays

- We are not responsible for delays caused by couriers or external factors beyond our control.
If your order is delayed beyond the estimated timeframe, please contact us at admin@skinkitz.com.au, and we will assist in tracking your package.
5. Order Tracking
- Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.
- If you do not receive tracking details within 2 days of placing your order, please reach out to us.
6. International Shipping & Customs
For international orders:
- Shipping costs vary by destination and are calculated at checkout.
- Customers are responsible for any import duties, taxes, or customs fees imposed by their country.
- Delivery times vary due to international customs clearance.
We recommend checking your local customs regulations before ordering.
7. Lost or Stolen Packages
- We are not liable for lost, stolen, or misdelivered packages once they leave our warehouse.
- If your package is lost in transit, please contact Australia Post directly.
- If your package is marked as "Delivered" but you did not receive it, check with neighbours, building management, or your local post office before contacting us.
8. Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please;
- Take photos of the item and packaging immediately.
- Contact us at admin@skinkitz.com.au within 24 hours of delivery.
- We will arrange a replacement or refund in accordance with our Returns Policy.
9. Changes & Cancellations
- Orders cannot be modified once they have been shipped.
- If you need to cancel or change an order, please contact us ASAP at admin@skinkitz.com.au, and we will do our best to assist.
